Born in Tehran during the Iran-Iraq war, Jasmin Ramsey brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Communications Director of the Center for Human Rights in Iran. Her journalistic background, which includes covering international politics, along with over a decade of experience in strategic communications, positions Jasmin as a formidable leader of the English-language team. In this capacity, she spearheads international advocacy campaigns, documents human rights violations, provides consultations to international organizations on human rights matters, and champions women’s rights through global platforms. As a spokesperson for CHRI, she also directs the center’s English-language content, conducts media interviews, and actively engages in public speaking events.
