Mohammad Reza Sadeqi

(5 November 2008) Mohammad Reza Sadeqi (36) is a computer engineer. He is one of Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s followers who was first arrested in October 2006. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison and is currently being held in Evin Prison.

He was arrested in October 2006 along with hundreds of Ayatollah Kazemini Boroujerdi’s followers for attempting to stop his arrest. Sadeqi was kept in Evin Prison’s Section 209. After roughly 11 months in prison, he was temporarily released, but was taken back to prison during the week of 26 October 2008.
